She holds a Degree in Medicine and a Masters from Nanjing University, China. Shasha Lu is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently studying for an EMBA at Nanjing University. |

An experienced Director, Dye has served on the boards of Old Mutual Malawi, National Bank of Malawi (the largest bank in Malawi), Malawi Property Investment Company Limited (listed real estate business), Nedbank Malawi and Illovo (South Africa). |

R.H. Martin - Non Executive Director
A Scottish national, Bob is a qualified chartered accountant and charted taxation adviser. Practicing in Malawi since 1965, Bob is a founder and twice president of Malawi’s charter body and previously worked as a Principal with Deloitte and Senior Partner at PriceWaterhouse. For the past 20 years he has managed a niche international consultancy specialising in macro-economics, fiscal reform, central banking, privatisation, restructuring and greenfield start-ups. |

Andries Kruger - General Manager AfricaA qualified geologist and holder of an MBA, Dries leads Globe’s technical teams in Malawi and Mozambique. Dries mining expertise extends to all aspects of exploration, project and general management. For 5 years, Dries’ leadership has been pivotal to the company’s operations in Africa where he is highly regarded for his regional understanding and relationships with local authorities. Dries is competent in Portuguese and registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.

Francisco Couto - Financial Controller Africa
Portuguese economist, Francisco is a specialist in the development and implementation of controlling procedures and financial analysis and reporting. Francisco previously worked in the Malawian construction industry and now leads the Finance Department for Globe’s African operations.

David Tullberg - Chief GeologistDavid has been involved in the mineral and exploration industries for more than 19 years. A qualified geologist, his personal interest in computing and geology led him to specialise in exploration database administration and resource estimation. Dave previously held positions with Herald Resources, Datamine Australia and Homestake Australia at Lawlers Goldmine.

Michael Schultz - Regional Exploration Manager
A Canadian national, Michael is the primary technical geologist on Globe's African properties and is responsible for project generation and the planning and execution of major exploration programs. Residing between Malawi and Mozambique, Michael has been responsible for significant mineral discoveries including the uranium deposit at Livingstonia.

Les Middleditch - Manager, Kanyika Niobium ProjectLes is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years experience in the mining and chemical industries. Joining Globe from Bateman Engineering, Les managed the evaluation of the giant 48 Mtpa Udokan Copper Project in Siberia. Highly regarded for his experience in the development and delivery of mining projects and studies, Les is well qualified to drive the Kanyika DFS through to completion.

Skye Gilligan, Marketing ManagerAn experienced marketing professional with extensive experience in the oil, gas, mining and telcos sectors, Skye is responsible for developing and driving awareness of Globe’s brand and market reputation. Previously at Ernst & Young, Skye has worked in London and Japan and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts.

Chrispine Ngwena - GeologistA qualified geologist, Chris has worked extensively in the minerals and exploration sector for more than 8 years, focussing on the extraction of coal, zinc, gold, uranium, niobium, tantalum and zircon. A Malawian national, Chris joined Globe from Saurus Resources Limited in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience.

Lisungu Banda - Accountant
Lisungu is a qualified accountant with significant resources experience. A Malawian national based in Globe’s Lilongwe office, Lisungu is responsible for all financial reporting related to Globe’s Projects in Malawi. Prior to joining Globe in 2008 Lisungu held the position of Company Accountant with Macsteel. |
