Alistair Stephens - Chief Executive Officer
Mr Stephens is a qualified geologist with more than 30 years’ experience in the resources industry and has held Board and senior management positions with a number of mining companies giving him extensive experience in all facets of technical and corporate management.
Mr Stephens held the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Arafura Resources Limited (ASX: ARU) between 2004 and 2009, where he was responsible for growing the company’s market capitalisation from $4 million to $380 million.
Mr Stephens holds a Masters of Business Administration, A Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Fergus Jockel - Exploration Manager
Fergus has had a successful career in mineral exploration for a wide range of commodities. Familiar with all aspects and stages of mineral exploration and resource evaluation, he has worked all over the world for a selection of multi-national companies and Australian Juniors.

His work has also been instrumental in the discovery and development of several mineral deposits in Western Australia and elsewhere. Fergus is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Kerry Angel - CFO & Company Secretary
Kerry brings over 18 years experience working in senior finance roles with ASX listed and unlisted mining, mining services and energy companies, having previously worked with Chesser Resources Limited (ASX: CHZ), Bondi Ltd. Mining (ASX: BOM), Hot Rock Limited (ASX: HRL) and Whitehaven Coal Limited (ASX:WHC) amongst others.

Ms. Angel has a Bachelor of Business and is accredited with CPA and ACSA.

Les Middleditch - Manager, Kanyika Niobium Project
Les is a chemical engineer with 30 years’ experience in the delivery of mining and chemicals projects and studies.  A specialist in Mine Development, MIE, CPEng and MBA, Les has managed the evaluation and implementation of several African, Asian and Australian projects and is well qualified to drive the Kanyika DFS through to completion.

Lisungu Banda - Accountant
Lisungu is a qualified accountant with significant resources experience. A Malawian national based in Globe’s Lilongwe office, Lisungu is responsible for all financial reporting related to Globe’s Projects in Malawi. Prior to joining Globe in 2008, Lisungu held the position of Company Accountant with Macsteel.
 
Lisungu is currently studying the CIMA professional Scheme and is a member of the Society of Accountants in Malawi.

Chrispine Ngwena - Geologist
A geologist, Chris has worked extensively in the minerals and exploration sector for more than 8 years, focusing on the extraction of coal, zinc, gold, uranium, niobium, tantalum and zircon. A Malawian national, Chris joined Globe from Saurus Resources Limited in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience.
