Yi Shao – Chairman
Appointed as Chairman in April 2011, Yi Shao is a senior economist with significant experience in the resources, transportation and industrial sectors.
 
As Director General of ECE, Yi Shao is Chairman to a number of corporations including East China Non-Ferrous Investment Holding Corporation, Australia ECE Nolans Investment Ltd and AO-Zhong International Mineral Resources Pty Ltd.
 

Shasha Lu - Deputy CEO & Executive Director
A nominee of ECE, Shasha spends her time between Nanjing, China and Perth, Western Australia. Shasha is focused on facilitating Globe’s increasing interests in China, encompassing customer, financing, partnering and evaluating investor relationships and opportunities.
 
Shasha was previously Executive Director and CEO of Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co Ltd, a subsidiary of ECE and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Arafura Resources Limited (ASX: ARU)
 

Tian Jingbin - Non-Executive Director
Jingbin is Deputy Director of the Outward Investment Department of ECE. Prior to this he worked with Jiangsu International Tender Company and led a consulting team in the utilities sector for nearly ten years.
 
Jingbin holds both a LLM and a Master or Arts

Peter Stephens - Non-Executive Director
Peter has held key financial roles within the construction, telcos, banking, corporate treasury, manufacturing and distribution sectors in Australia and Asia-Pacific.
 
With a career spanning over 30 years, Peter is a former independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the audit committee of Grange Resources, an ASX listed iron ore mining company; he also has directorships with ECE Nolans Investment Company Pty Ltd, Ao Zhong International Minerial Resources Pty Ltd and Globe Minerial Resources Investments Pty Ltd.
 

William (Bill) Hayden - Non-Executive Director

A geologist with more than 36 years hands on experience in the mineral exploration industry, Bill is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sky Alliance Resources, Ivanplats, Sunward Resources, Condoto Platinum, China Polymetallic Mining and Asia Pacific Mining. 

He was former President of Ivanhoe Philippines and GoviEx Uranium.

Clement Chilingulo, LLB, FCIS - Chairman
Mr Chilingulo has served in legal and company secretarial positions of several companies starting with Press (Holdings) Limited where he rose to the position of Deputy Group Company Secretary and INDEBANK and Standard Bank where he served as Legal Counsel/Company Secretary.

Currently, he is Executive Secretary of Press Trust, a public trust which has extensive investments in all sectors of the Malawi economy. By virtue of his position with Press Trust, Mr Chilingulo sits on the Boards of several companies in which the Trust has invested. 

Dye Mawindo - Non- Executive Director
Appointed in 2009, Dye is a Malawian national with degrees in law and business administration. An experienced Director, Dye has served on the boards of Old Mutual Malawi, National Bank of Malawi, Malawi Property Investment Company Limited, Nedbank Malawi and Illovo.
 
Dye previously held the positions of Deputy General Manager of the Malawi Development Corporation, CEO of the Privatisation Commission and Governance Adviser in the Office of the Vice President.
